Guests, their pets and belongings at own risk on the premises.
Guests will be asked to leave the premises when braking any house rule, without any refunding.
Payment & Cancellation Policy
Booking in advance :
50% deposit is required to ensure your booking.
Full payment is optional in advance booking.
Balance payment can be made on premises.
Card, cash or direct EFT payment is accepted on premises for balance payment.
Refund only if booking is canceled 30 days prior of date of arrival.
No refund when booking in advance 29days - 1 day before day of arrival.
No refund when guests do not comply with house rules and asked to leave.
Booking on arrival :
Free viewing before booking.
Card, cash or direct EFT payment is accepted on premises for booking.
No refund after keys is handed over and accepted by guest.
